EFU for the S4 twin turbo

Be aware!

In order to fulfill the goal on ultimate performance and ensure proper working conditions, special requirements was set on the extended on board computer EFU. Besides the standard sensors provided by the EFU starter set - turbo boost, voltage and engine oil temperature - the proud S4 owner required monitoring of the oil pressure, the fuel pressure, the gearbox oil temperature, rear differential oil temperature and the intake air temperature after the ICs.

EFU - extended on-board computer

The S4 is equipped with an extended on-board computer starter kit including sensors for turbo boost, voltage and oil temperature.

Engine Additional intake to air box, RS4 air mass meter. RS4 intake including intercoolers. Fuel injectors from RS4. K04 turbo chargers by Hohenester, Germany. Rebuild control box in order to handle the full capacity of the engine. External cooler for the oil. F-hose in aluminum. Modified ventilation. Exhaust from RS4. 2 times 60 mm exhaust pipes including HJS WRC catalytic converters. Forge dump valves.
Clutch and shifter RS4 clutch. UCC Motorwerks short shifter.
Chassis and brakes Hohenester club sport, Porsche GT2 six-pistons with 360 × 35 mm discs (front), RS4 (rear).
Rims 19 × 8.5 ET35 BBS Challenger, 18 × 8.5 ET35 BBS Challenger alternatively 18 × 8.5 ET32 BBS RC.
Tires Bridgestone 235/35-19, Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 225/40-18 alternatively Dunlop Super Sport Race 245/35-18.
